24 Hour Flood Pros of Kansas City

24 hour floor pros did an amazing job on one our our rental properties! Chris was quick with responding and keeping me up to date on the details of the repairs. The price point is also very affordable and fair, there were no hidden fees. The quote and final invoice matched, although we knew it could be different depending on what was found during the job. My husband and I are throughly pleased and we will be repeat customers for future needs!

Chris Watson was great. Even though I couldn't afford their service, he told me everything that needs to be done and how they would do it. He also put my shop vac together for me! Super helpful.

Though I didn't have work done, these guys helped me review an adjacent property for water flow and problem solving. They didn't get paid-just helpful, willing to educate. Not easy to find kind good business people these days. I will return if ever needed!

There's nothing cool about waking up to water pouring down two floors of your home from somewhere within your wall and ceiling. First you panic then you act to do what you can... and shortly after that you scream to your wife "call somebody!" Wife: "There's Flood Pros.". Me: "How many stars do they have? ... Wife: Uh..Five stars...hundreds of reviews...?", Me "Ok call em!" Less than 20 minutes later... three guys showed up from Flood pros. They came like emergency people should quickly and with the equipment to address the problem. Shortly after our insurance people sent someone out... Flood pros had the ability to send a plumber to assess our situation. The insurance people didn't even have a clip board. Beyond mitigation and equipment I can tell you that Chris knows how to deal with every professional involved in water damage from the plumber to other contractors to the insurance adjuster to the secondary insurance adjuster. And to you the person caught in the middle. Thanks Chris and Company the damage to my house was minimized and the claim with insurance was a breeze.... Of course not really a breeze unless we're talking about a really slow breeze. But it went the way hoped. Best of luck to you if you're dealing with sudden water in your home & consider calling call these guys. They kept their word in every way. They are decent hard working people.
